CD4 and liver cancer: The results of the study showed that after treatment, the levels of serum transaminases ALT, AST, CD8+, HIF1α, and VEGF were significantly decreased, and the levels of total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased, suggesting that liver arterial chemoembolization combined with radiofrequency ablation has a significant effect on liver function and immune function in patients with liver cancer, which may be related to its abnormal effect on HIF1α and VEGF levels.
