By contrast, the necroptosis-related genes FADD, ITPK1, TNFSF10, STAT3, and DNMT1 and the ferroptosis-related genes NCF2, CBS, FTL, MAP3K5, MAPK14, STAT3, PGD, SLC38A1, MYB, MTDH, and LONP1 displayed decreased expression in normal samples compared with those in CAD samples.
