CDK1 and breast cancer: Overall, EGFR, FN1, EZH2, MET, CDK1, AURKA, TOP2A, and BIRC5 achieved the best performance (AUC > 85.5) for each of the training and independent test datasets, which indicates that there is a strong prognostic power of the identified KGs for discriminating between the tumor and the normal samples in BC patients.
