In the difference analysis of 41 m6A/m5C/m1A-related genes between glioma and normal samples, 20 genes (METTL3, METTL14, WTAP, VIRMA, RBM15B, FTO, ALKBH5, YTHDF1, HNRNPC, HNRNPA2B1, LRPPRC, TRMT6, RRP8, ALKBH1, NSUN2, DNMT1, DNMT3B, ALYREF, YBX1,TET2) showed significant differences (Figure 2A, Table 2). The gene discussed is TET2; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
