TET2 and glioma: Li (13) showed that m5C-related genes could predict the survival rate and prognosis of low-grade gliomas, in which the expression of NSUN3, TET2, TRDMT1, ALYREF, DNMT3B, DNMT1, NOP2, NSUN2 were upregulated, and DNMT3A mutation was the most common type.
