In the difference analysis of 41 m6A/m5C/m1A-related genes between glioma and normal samples, 20 genes (METTL3, METTL14, WTAP, VIRMA, RBM15B, FTO, ALKBH5, YTHDF1, HNRNPC, HNRNPA2B1, LRPPRC, TRMT6, RRP8, ALKBH1, NSUN2, DNMT1, DNMT3B, ALYREF, YBX1,TET2) showed significant differences (Figure 2A, Table 2).
