Li (13) showed that m5C-related genes could predict the survival rate and prognosis of low-grade gliomas, in which the expression of NSUN3, TET2, TRDMT1, ALYREF, DNMT3B, DNMT1, NOP2, NSUN2 were upregulated, and DNMT3A mutation was the most common type. Here, TET2 is linked to central nervous system cancer.
