RRM2 and cancer: GSEA analysis results revealed that cell cycle, DNA replication, spliceosome, chromatin remodeling at the centromere, negative regulation of chromosome organization, mitotic nuclear division, ncRNA 3 end processing, DNA dependent DNA replication, chromosome segregation, snRNA metabolic process, nuclear chromosome segregation, snRNA processing, sister chromatid segregation, metaphase anaphase transition of the cell cycle, regulation of chromosome segregation, and mitotic sister chromatid segregation were positively associated with RRM2 in more than 10 types of cancers (Figure 5B, 5C).
