Increasing evidence has shown the involvement of B cells (Sautes-Fridman et al., 2019; Cabrita et al., 2020; Helmink et al., 2020; Petitprez et al., 2020; Sharonov et al., 2020), NK cells (Andre et al., 2018), and CD8+ T cells (Mariathasan et al., 2018) in cancer immunotherapy responses and immunosurveillance.
