ESR1 and breast cancer: In the last, we provided the occurrence of MCT4+PD-L1+EpCAM+ axis in breast cancer differentiation through bc-GenExMiner, revealing that high MCT4+PD-L1+EpCAM+ axis occurs in TNBC status and nodal status (Figure 6(f)), and the change was not obvious in ER-positive, PR-positive, and HER2-positive breast cancer (Figure S5).
