Up to now, there have been three molecular hypotheses for GCTB sarcoma transformation involving RANKL, namely, the three hypotheses are immunosuppression, downregulation of nuclear factor IB (NKIB) level, and upregulation of the Sema3A gene, all of which are worthy of further exploration in basic scientific research (Müller et al., 2016; Chawla et al., 2019; Shibuya et al., 2019; Li H et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF11 and sarcoma.
