We next revealed that ANLN had exceptional and robust predictive value in predicting more than ten cancer types, including breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon carcinoma (COAD), esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), and kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), as well as prognostic value in several malignancies, including adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), BRCA, CESC, lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and kidney cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ANLN and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
