As shown in Figure 1A, ANLN mRNA was substantially elevated in BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, head, and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), KIRC, kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), LIHC, LUAD, lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene ANLN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
