Our results showed that the overall mean survival time of osteosarcoma patients with positive expression of SPAG6 (35.08 ± 2.58 months) was significantly shorter than that with negative expression of SPAG6 (46.69 ± 2.35 months), while the overall mean survival time (45.30 ± 3.47 months) of the NM23 positive expression group was longer than that of the NM23 negative expression group (34.56 ± 2.77 months), with p < 0.05 for all. This evidence concerns the gene SPAG6 and osteosarcoma.
