Next, we downloaded samples expressing low and high levels of HS3ST3A1 [n (low) = 101, n (high) = 98], AQP9 [n (low) = 99, n (high) = 101], MYLK [n (low) = 101, n (high) = 101], and RAB23 [n (low) = 101, n (high) = 101] in bladder cancer cohorts from the TCGA database for survival analysis (high expression; > 50% vs. low expression <50%). This evidence concerns the gene HS3ST3A1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
