PTGS2 and fatty liver disease: The experiment results show that HJJPD (17.52 g/kg·d, 35.04 g/kg·d, and 70.07 g/kg·d) could obviously inhibit the mRNA expression levels of PPARG, TNF-α, AKT1, and PTGS2 in the liver and adipose tissues, indicating that HJJPD can regulate the inflammatory response and lipid metabolism and reduce the role of hepatic steatosis [13].
