As illustrated in Figure 4, we unearthed that the expression of PSMC6 (HR: 1.26 [1.01–1.56], P=0.036), AURKB (HR: 1.55 [1.25–1.92], P=6.4e − 05), CASP9 (HR: 0.69 [0.55–0.85], P=0.00063), BAD (HR: 0.8 [0.64–0.99], P=0.038), ZNF24 (HR: 0.61 [0.49–0.76], P=7.8e − 06), and SSX2IP (HR: 0.69[0.55–0.85], P=0.00062) were associated with OS in breast cancer patients, whereas PTEN, PSMF1, FZR1, CASP6, CASP8, AKR7A2, SIGLEC1, MS4A4A, and VSIG4 have no significant correlation (P > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene BAD and breast carcinoma.
