BTRC and nasopharyngeal carcinoma: RNA pull-down (Fig. 3F) and RNA Immunoprecipitation (RIP) (Fig. 3G) results indicated that the WD40 repeat domain but not the F-box domain of β-TrCP interact with circPVT1. Wound healing and transwell assays further showed that overexpression of β-TrCP could inhibit the migration and invasion of NPC cells (Fig. S4B-C) and also significantly reduced the migrative and invasive abilities of circPVT1 in NPC cells (Fig. S4D, Fig. 3H-I).
