As results, high KCTD4 expression, low THBS2 expression, and high ACPP expression were associated with favorable BCRFS of prostate cancer patients (Fig. 3C–E); and high expression levels of HOPX, TMEM132A, and ZNF467 were associated with shorter MFS of prostate cancer patients (Fig. 3F–H). Here, KCTD4 is linked to prostate cancer.
