We found that tumor-associated neutrophils (CD66b) and NK cells (CD56) were more commonly found in primary tumors than in liver metastases, while tumor-associated regulatory T cells (Foxp3), macrophages (CD163) and IFN-γ were more commonly found in liver metastases (Fig. 2, p < 0.05).
