Notably, 35.5% of p-S6+ neurons were ATF3+ and 39.8% of ATF3+ neurons were p-S6+ after peripheral nerve injury (Supplemental Figure 7, C–E), but mTOR deletion had no effects on ATF3 expression in SNI models (Figure 6H and Supplemental Figure 7C).
