It was found from the subnetworks (Figure 10) compiled in this study that the three prescriptions for the three liver diseases interfered extensively with the inflammatory process, and the proinflammatory cytokines IL-6, IL-1β, and TNFα, as well as the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-6 and its upstream factor NF-κB, were important targets that were regulated by the three prescriptions [60]. This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and liver disorder.
