In this study, we obtained 10 core drug-target network genes by analyzing the drug-target interaction network data of two extracted compounds from Chinese medicine: TP53, CASP8, MAPK1, MAPK3, MYC, RELA, NFKB1, IL6, and NFKBIA. There are many genes and key genes that affect tumor development, such as the NF-kappa B-cell pathway, MAPK/ERK signaling pathway, TNF (tumor necrosis factor) signaling pathway, IL-6 signaling pathway, TP53 signaling pathway and MYC signaling pathway, which are important cellular pathways in a variety of tumors. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK3 and neoplasm.
