Mechanistically, the enhancement of mitochondrial fission by RACGAP1P relied on its competitive targeting of miR-345-5p, causing the activation of Drp1, which revealed that lncRNA RACGAP1P facilitates breast cancer metastasis through miR-345-5p/RACGAP1 axis-mediated mitochondrial fission (Table 1).
