KRAS and non-small cell squamous lung carcinoma: A study on the prognostic characteristics and immunotherapy response of KRAS mutated non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer in East Asian population found that the disease remission rate (53.8% vs 8.3%, p = 0.030) and progression-free survival time (4.8 months vs 2.1 months, p = 0.028) of KRAS-non-G12C patients receiving ICIs treatment were higher than KRAS-non-G12C patients, and the tumor recurrence time of G12C patients (22.8 months) was shorter than that of KRAS-non-G12C patients (97.7 months, p = 0.004).
