The result suggested that EEF1E1 and HDAC2 were associated with the progression of tumors where they show significant correlation with grade, stage, and T stage (P < 0.05; Figures 8B, C), and the expression levels of EEF1E1 and HDAC2 were significantly higher in tumor tissue than in normal tissue (Figure 8D).
