Interestingly, in CNT the kAA value was estimated positive (95% CI: 0.0168 – 0.0325), whereas based on the 95% CI, in T2D we obtained kAA not significantly different from zero (95% CI: -0.0281 – 0.0185), suggesting a negligible contribution to insulin secretion from BCAAs.
