KEGG analysis demonstrated that the BTG3-related pathways included cell cycle, pancreatic and insulin secretion, fat digestion and absorption, DNA replication, mismatch repair and homologous recombination in gastric cancer, platelet activation and coagulation, digestion and absorption of protein and fat, metabolism of arachidonic and linoleic acids in lung cancer, cell cycle, salivary and insulin secretion, and DNA replication in breast cancer. Here, BTG3 is linked to lung carcinoma.
