CD8A and cancer: These results implied that cluster 1 may be characterized by high levels of anti-tumor characteristics (CD8+ T cells, release of cancer cell antigen [Step 1], CD8+ T cell recruitment [Step 4] and natural killer cell recruitment [Step 4]), as well as high levels of immunosuppressive features (myeloid dendritic cells, Treg cells, infiltration of immune cells into the tumor [Step 5], and recognition of cancer cells by T cells [Step 6]).
