These findings showed that PRKCE is involved in the immune response-activating cell-surface receptor signaling pathway, innate immune response activating cell-surface receptor signaling pathway, activation of innate immune responses, and immune response-regulating cell-surface receptor signaling pathway involved in phagocytosis, chemokine signaling pathway, T cell receptor signaling pathway, and PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer (Supplementary Table S4), which demonstrated that PRKCE plays a pivotal immune regulation role in KIRC. This evidence concerns the gene PRKCE and cancer.
