GPSM2 expression in LIHC, KIRC, BRCA, COAD, OV and STAD was significantly increased, but GPSM2 expression in PRAD was lower than that in normal tissues (Figures 2A–G) (we selected immunohistochemical images with >75% tumor cells and moderate or vigorous staining). Here, GPSM2 is linked to prostate adenocarcinoma.
