It had been observed that ASPM, CDC20, DLGAP5, BUB1B, CDCA8, and NCAPG were over-expressed in a diverse array of cancers (including glioblastoma [10–12], lung adenocarcinoma [13–16], prostate cancer [17,18], colorectal cancer [19], breast cancer [20–22], and hepatocellular carcinoma [23–26]), and were linked to adverse prognosis and tumorigenesis. This evidence concerns the gene ASPM and breast carcinoma.
