The cytotoxic drug cisplatin could upregulate MHC class I chain-related molecule A and B expression in NSCLC cell lines, antigen-presenting cells and dendritic cells, increase the infiltration of CD4+ and CD8+ T cells and NK cells, and boost the secretion of IFN-γ and TNF-α, thus modulating the tumor immune microenvironment (15–17).
