So, we analyzed FAIM2 and its co-expressed genes in glioma through the LinkedOmics database and found that these genes are involved in a large number of immune-related pathways, including adaptive immune response, T cell activation, regulation of innate immune response, lymphocyte mediated immunity, leukocyte proliferation, primary immunodeficiency, and antigen processing and presentation. This evidence concerns the gene FAIM2 and glioma.
