Overall survival analysis revealed that high expressed FAIM2 is linked to better prognosis for cancers including BRCA, lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBC), HNSC, LGG, and LUAD of TCGA datasets, while there is an opposite trend in BLCA, GBM, and KIRC (Figures 2A and S2A-C). This evidence concerns the gene FAIM2 and cancer.
