Disease free survival analysis shows high FAIM2 expression has a better prognosis in cholangio carcinoma (CHOL), LGG, ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), and rectum adenocarcinoma (READ) and has a poor prognosis in KIRC (Figures 2B and S2D). This evidence concerns the gene FAIM2 and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
