Similar conclusions have been obtained by other researchers: the infiltration of CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, and DCs was positively correlated with colon adenocarcinoma and stomach adenocarcinoma (38); the intratumoral-activated cDCs were increased by the fascin inhibitor NP-G2-044 (39); and a high CD8+ T-cell level was correlated with the low expression of YKT6 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (40). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and gastric adenocarcinoma.
