TET2 and COVID-19: In line with previous reports [2, 3, 15, 17], the majority of CHIP identified were in five genes, with DNMT3A and TET2 being the genes most frequently mutated (70%) followed by ASXL1, SF3B1, and TP53. However, no significant CHIP enrichment in a particular gene was found in deceased COVID-19 patients compared with survivors.
