Since accumulating evidence indicated that BTKi is an emerging therapeutic strategy against inflammatory diseases [24, 25], we also discussed the application of BTKi in the management of inflammatory disorders, such as SLE, rheumatoid arthritis (RA), MS, and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). The gene discussed is IBTK; the disease is autoimmune thrombocytopenic purpura.
