To test this pathological state generalizability, we applied the highest performing panel (correlation-based with 18 markers) to all the different cancer subtypes within the BC TMA dataset composed of 88 cores and different BC subtypes including luminal A, luminal B, luminal B/HER2, HER2, Triple Negative (TN), Invasive Lobular Carcinoma (ILC), Normal Breast separately and evaluated the predicted expressions as shown in Fig 4. This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and breast cancer.
