ASXL3‐related disorder, also known as Bainbridge‐Ropers syndrome (BRPS), is a rare multisystemic disorder caused by truncating and splicing pathogenic variants in the additional sex combs‐like 3 (ASXL3) gene resulting in loss‐of‐function as the predominant disease mechanism. This evidence concerns the gene ASXL3 and severe feeding difficulties-failure to thrive-microcephaly due to ASXL3 deficiency syndrome.
