KEGG analysis indicates that genes concerning NF-kappa B, apoptosis, MAPK, inflammatory pathways such as TNF, cytokine–cytokine receptor interaction, and chemokine, and immune pathways such as PD-1 and PD-L1 checkpoint, and Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation were downregulated (Figure 6B), while genes concerning primary immunodeficiency, B-cell receptor (BCR), and multi-substance metabolism were upregulated (Figure 6C). This evidence concerns the gene TNF and inborn error of immunity.
