In this study, we found that the ISG20 mRNA was primarily located in the bone marrow and lymphoid tissues; interestingly, the ISG20 mRNA expression levels were significantly increased in 11 different types of cancer, including ACC, CESC, DLBC, GBM, KIRC, KIRP, LIHC, PAAD, SKCM, TGCT, and UCEC; and no decreases were observed in any type of cancer. Here, ISG20 is linked to cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
