Patients in the GSE72094 dataset were subsequently stratified by the clinicopathologic characteristics differentiating the high-risk and low-risk groups, including gender (male vs. female), age (<60 vs. ≥60 years), tumor stage (I–II vs. III–IV), KRAS status (wild type vs. mutant), and EGFR status (wild type vs. mutant), and OS was compared in these two groups. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and neoplasm.
