In the detailed analysis, the AUC showed that G-CSF, MIP1α, and IL8 were above 0.8 and could be used to discriminate MD from the referents (p < 0.01), and the AUCs of CTACK and HGF were above 0.7 and assisted in discriminating the 2 groups (p < 0.01).
