Among these genes, we found five genes, ATP5L, BCL9L, CD3G, CXCR5, and DDX6, that have been reported to be associated with the occurrence of B-cell lymphomas, a blood cancer caused by the disorder of immune functional B cells (also known as B lymphocytes) that attack invading pathogens. Here, DDX6 is linked to hematopoietic and lymphoid system neoplasm.
