In the ENCORI database (https://starbase.sysu.edu.cn/index.php), a high MCM3AP-AS1 level was found in tumors, including cholangiocarcinoma, liver cancer, and gastric cancer, and the increase in MCM3AP-AS1 also indicated an elevation in the mortality of tumors, including kidney cancer, liver cancer, and colon adenocarcinoma (Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene MCM3AP and gastric cancer.
