Table 2 illustrates the treatment efficacy of anti-PD-1 inhibitors in this study. During the follow-up period, a total of 215 patients developed irAEs, and most patients (159, 73.95%) presented with mild irAEs. The most frequently reported irAEs in our patient population were pruritus and/or rash, thyroid dysfunction, and peripheral neuritis, as shown in Figure 1A. Figure 1B shows that 120 patients had at least two types of irAEs. Here, PDCD1 is linked to neuritis.
