Yang et al. (2021) compared the cost-effectiveness of atezolizumab in combination with carboplatin and nabpaclitaxel-based chemotherapy to chemotherapy alone in advanced NSCLS patients. They discovered that the atezolizumab combination is not cost-effective for first-line treatment from the Chinese healthcare system perspective. When compared to chemotherapy, cemiplimab was reported by Zhang M et al. (2022) to be more cost-effective in the first-line treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) in patients who are at least 50% PD-L1 positive.
