In the MOC1 model, we found a significant interaction between sex and time [F(2,8) = 8.289; p = 0.011] in the percentage of CD45+CD3+CD4+ helper T cells in the MOC1 tumor tissue; tumor tissue from MOC1-bearing female mice had significantly more CD4+ cells at PID29 (p = 0.0002) and PID40 (p = 0.0003) compared to tumor-bearing male mice (Figures 6A,C). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is neoplasm.
