The results (Figure 1H) revealed that HNRNPA2B1, HNRNPC, YTHDC2, WTAP, RBMX, and IGF2BP3 were increasing expressed, and YTHDC1, FTO, RBM15, RBM15B, METTL3, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, and ZC3H13 expression were decreased in the PAH lung tissues compared to the controls, while, without significant difference. Here, HNRNPA2B1 is linked to pulmonary arterial hypertension.
