In addition to cancer types mentioned above, the results showed that CREB3L1 was also abnormally upregulated in glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), lower grade glioma (LGG), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), TGCT, and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), whereas was abnormally downregulated in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), LAML, skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), and THCA. This evidence concerns the gene CREB3L1 and central nervous system cancer.
