We found that patients with no-response to PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors have a higher CREB3L1 expression in patients with urothelial carcinoma and renal cell carcinoma, indicating that CREB3L1 is a promising predictor of the anti-PD-1/PD-L1 treatment benefits, thereby providing a new biomarker for predicting the immunotherapeutic efficacy. Here, CREB3L1 is linked to urothelial carcinoma.
