According to the National Cancer Control Programme of the Ministry of Health for the years 2018–21, also two PALB2 variants [c.509_510del (p.Arg170Ilefs) and p.172_175del (p.Gln60Argfs)] and three CHEK2 variants [c.1100delC (p.Thr367fs), g.27417113_27422508del, c.444+1G>A] were analysed for the 3,400 patients. This evidence concerns the gene CHEK2 and cancer.
