In the other hematologic malignancies, on the other hand, these genes showed inconsistent contribution to the signatures, which results in different signatures from those of AML (Spearman’s rho −0.31–0.29, p > 0.05), except the BCL2 signature of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (Spearman’s rho 0.59, p < 0.01) (Additional file 2: Fig S5 and S6A).
