IL17A and cancer: Neutrophil activation, response to bacteria and pathways, including the MAPK signaling pathway, NF-kappa B signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, IL-17 signaling pathway and transcriptional misregulation in cancer identified by GO and KEGG databases, were negatively regulated (Fig. 3C, D), indicating that the adaptive immune system was stimulated and inflammation was downregulated in PR patient compared with PD patients before treatment.
