Because RUVBL2 was relatively more abundant in MCF-7 cells, according to our western blot analyses (Supplementary Fig. 8d), we performed survival analysis of patients using the Kaplan–Meier plotter tool97–99 with data obtained from patients with breast cancer, liver cancer, and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and high or low expression of RUVBL1 or RUVBL2. Here, RUVBL2 is linked to liver cancer.
